If you subscribe to the Soar CRM platform, the following additional privacy terms apply.

You as Data Controller: As a Soar CRM subscriber, you are the data controller for all contact records, customer data, and marketing lists you upload or generate within the platform. Worcester County Web Design LLC acts as a data processor on your behalf for the purpose of providing the platform.

Your Contacts’ Privacy: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of contact data within Soar CRM complies with all applicable privacy laws, anti-spam regulations, and telecommunications laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Third-Party Infrastructure: The Soar CRM platform is powered in part by a third-party infrastructure provider. Your data may be processed and stored on that provider’s servers in accordance with their privacy practices.

Data Export and Deletion: Upon cancellation of your Soar CRM subscription, you may request an export of your contact data within 30 days of your cancellation date. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.
