Thank you for choosing Worcester County Web Design LLC. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. Because our products and services are digital and service-based in nature, our refund and return policies differ from those associated with physical goods.
This policy covers all products and services sold through wcwebdesign.com, including Template Websites, Custom Website Design, WordPress Hosting and Maintenance plans, and the Soar CRM platform.
Template website purchases are non-refundable once setup work has begun. Because setup involves immediate labor including WordPress installation, template configuration, plugin setup, and site customization, the product cannot be reversed once work commences.
If you need to cancel your template website purchase before any setup work has started, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. If no work has begun, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
We strongly encourage you to review the template description, demo content, and included features before purchasing to confirm the product meets your needs. If you have questions about whether a template is right for your business, contact us before purchasing and we will help you decide.
Custom website design engagements are governed by the following refund terms.
Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the agreed project price is required to begin work. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. The deposit covers discovery, planning, and initial design work.
Project Cancellation: If you cancel a custom website project after work has begun, you are responsible for payment for all work completed through the date of cancellation. The amount owed will be calculated based on hours worked at our standard rate and deducted from any amounts paid.
Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due upon launch of the completed website. This payment is non-refundable once the website has been delivered and launched.
Project Agreements: Custom website projects may have specific terms outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal. In the event of any conflict between this policy and a signed project agreement, the project agreement shall take precedence.
Hosting and Maintenance plans are billed as recurring monthly subscriptions. The following refund terms apply.
No Refunds for Current Period: Refunds are not issued for the current billing period once a payment has been processed. You will retain full access to your hosting plan through the end of the period you have paid for.
Cancellation: You may cancel your hosting plan at any time by contacting us through wcwebdesign.com/contact/ or through your account at wcwebdesign.com/my-account/. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.
The Soar CRM platform is offered as a monthly subscription with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers.
Free Trial: No charge is applied during the 14-day free trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.
After Trial: Once your free trial converts to a paid subscription, no refunds are issued for partial billing periods. The trial period provides adequate time to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Soar CRM subscription at any time through your account at wcwebdesign.com/my-account/ or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access through the end of the period for which you have been charged.
If you believe you have accidentally purchased the wrong product or plan, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will review your request and may offer an exchange, store credit, or account adjustment at our discretion, provided that no setup work has begun and no service access has been materially used. We are not obligated to honor exchange requests made after 24 hours or after service delivery has commenced.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly due to a billing error, duplicate charge, or unauthorized transaction, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and correct any verified billing errors promptly. Refunds for confirmed billing errors will be issued within 7 business days.
Exceptions to our standard no-refund policy may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of documented technical failure where we are unable to deliver the purchased product or service as described.
If a purchased product or service does not function as described due to a technical issue on our end, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem. Our response may include troubleshooting assistance, updated or corrected files, reinstallation support, or a comparable replacement.
Technical issues caused by third-party software, hosting environments outside our management, browser or device incompatibility, or client-side configuration changes are not covered under this policy.
If you have a concern or dispute regarding a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of access to purchased products or active services. Accounts subject to fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently restricted from making future purchases.
We respond to all refund and billing inquiries within 2 business days. If you have a question about your order or subscription, reach out before filing a dispute.
