The Five Steps

A clear process from first call to finished product

1

Step 01

Discovery

A free virtual consultation with no pressure

Every project starts with a Google Meet call. We’ll ask about your business, your goals, your customers, and what you are hoping to achieve online. You get to ask anything about the process, pricing, and timeline. There is no obligation at this stage. It is simply a chance to see if we’re the right fit for what you need.

Step 02

Planning

A clear written quote with no hidden fees

After the consultation, we put together a written quote based on your specific project needs. The quote outlines exactly what is included, the total cost, and the expected timeline. For website projects a 50% deposit is required before work begins. For Soar CRM setups and subscriptions there is no upfront deposit. A simple project agreement is confirmed before any work starts.

Step 03

Build

We build it and keep you in the loop

Once the deposit is received and the agreement is confirmed, work begins. We design and develop your website or configure your Soar CRM based on what was agreed. When an initial layout or setup is ready, you receive a progress update so you can see exactly where things stand and share early feedback before the final version is completed. You are never left wondering what is happening.

Step 04

Review

Your feedback shapes the final product

After reviewing the progress update, you share your feedback. We make the necessary revisions based on your input. The number of revision rounds included is outlined in your project agreement. The goal at this stage is to get everything exactly right before final delivery. Clear communication is the priority throughout so nothing is missed.

Step 05

Launch

Delivered, launched, and supported

When the final product is approved, your website goes live or your Soar CRM is fully configured and ready to use. For website projects, we provide 60 days of post-launch support to address any questions, adjustments, or fixes that come up after launch. From there, ongoing hosting, maintenance, and CRM subscription plans are available to keep everything running at its best long-term.

What you receive

Why It Works

A process built around small business owners, not agencies

You always know what is happening

We communicate throughout every stage of the project. Progress updates are built into the process, not an afterthought.

Everything is agreed in writing

Scope, cost, and timeline are confirmed in a written agreement before work begins. No ambiguity, no scope creep, no surprises on the invoice.

Support does not stop at launch

The 60-day post-launch window and ongoing hosting and maintenance plans mean we are still available long after the site goes live.

Questions

Common questions about the process

How long does a typical website project take from start to finish?

It depends on the project type and how quickly content and feedback are provided. A template website typically launches within one to two weeks of the deposit. A custom website project generally takes three to six weeks depending on the size and complexity of the site. Soar CRM setups can often be completed and handed over within a few days of the initial configuration. A realistic timeline is always included in the written quote before work begins.

Nothing formal is required. It helps to have a general idea of what your business does, who your customers are, and what you are hoping a website or CRM will do for you. If you have examples of sites you like the look of, those are useful to share. We will ask questions to fill in any gaps during the call, so there is no need to prepare a detailed brief beforehand.

The number of revision rounds depends on the project type and is outlined in the written project agreement before work starts. Custom website projects typically include two rounds of revisions. Template websites include one round. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope can be requested and are billed at the standard hourly rate. The goal is always to get the final product right, and clear communication throughout the project means most issues are caught early.

After the 60-day post-launch window closes, clients on a Worcester County Web Design Hosting and Maintenance plan can use their monthly content update hours for changes. Clients not on a maintenance plan can request updates on an ad hoc basis, which are quoted and billed individually. The best way to stay covered for ongoing changes is an active hosting or maintenance plan.
